Compatibility of the manual chemagic™ cfDNA 5 k kit with the Mimix™ HD917 cfDNA reference standard

The analysis of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in human plasma is a non-invasive method in molecular diagnostics that has become increasingly important in the field of cancer research. This method involves the detection of genetic alterations such as mutations, copy number variations, and methylation patterns in the cfDNA that is released into the bloodstream by tumor cells. Revvity has developed reference standards consisting of fragmented DNA with genetically defined common cancer mutations spiked in synthetic plasma, providing reliable controls or liquid biopsy assays.

Here, we present the the compatibility between Revvity´s Mimix HD917 cfDNA reference standard with the chemagic™ cfDNA 5 k Kit (CMG-134).
