Sized at 0.8-3.0 µm, these micrometer-scale beads boast a high surface per volume, adaptable to a diverse range of applications.

M-PVA OdT2 Magnetic Beads are defined by their hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol matrix, effectively minimizing unspecific binding. The robust mechanical nature of the M-PVA OdT2 Magnetic Beads grants them versatility, making them an ideal choice for various processing methods, including automation. M­ PVA OdT2 Magnetic Beads are commonly used for coupling of poly-adenylated nucleic acids, with a guaranteed yield of >45 pmol dA30. This makes them the ideal candidate for mRNA isolation and purification. The pure mRNAs could be then used for cDNA synthesis, library preparation, or any other mRNA based methods.
