The Revvity workflows for high-throughput DNA and RNA purification from pathogens are designed for laboratories requiring high yields of (viral) nucleic acids from large numbers of samples. Depending on the needs of your lab, our solution can include the automated transfer of primary samples to plates compatible with the nucleic acid extraction unit, and optional automated PCR setup to streamline sample analysis. Based on the combination of dedicated instruments and chemagen's proprietary M-PVA Magnetic Bead technology, high-throughput workflows for DNA and RNA purification from 200 μl to 1000 μl plasma, serum, or other body fluids ensure the efficient isolation of high yields of ultra-pure intact nucleic acids compatible with applications such as viral detection and genetic analysis. Sample barcoding and software compatibility with all major LIMSs ensure full sample traceability throughout the entire procedure. The purified DNA and RNA are suitable for molecular analysis (NGS, MLPA, qPCR, etc.) and long-term storage.
